Closer Look: Brooke/Ridge/Taylor

Photo: Bold and the Beautiful Fan
He’s with Booke. He’s with Taylor. He’s marrying Brooke. No, he’s marrying Taylor. For almost 20 years, The Bold and the Beautiful’s Ridge Forrester has been waffling back and forth between these two women. Enough is Enough. It is time that the writers decide once and for all which lady he wants to spend his life with, because this switch flopping is getting old. It makes Ridge looks like a jerk, because he knows when he has a problem with whoever he is with at the time the other woman is waiting to take him back. This makes Taylor and Brooke look desperate. They are smart and beautiful women. They shouldn’t be putting up with the constant indecisiveness from Ridge.
I like all three characters. Ronn Moss has chemistry with both Hunter Tylo and Katherine Kelly Lang, but it is time for an ending to this storyline. Have Ridge make a choice and stick to it and bring another man in for the woman he doesn’t choose. Whip and Bill are available.
Ric Hearst Returns to the Bold and the Beautiful
After being bumped to recurring status at General Hospital, Ric Hearst will return to his old stomping grounds at B&B as Whipple “Whip” Jones III.
Whip was an employee at Forrester Creations and got involved with Brooke, when she tried to hide her affair and pregnancy by her daughter’s husband, Deacon.
Hearst was only there for six months in 2002, but he made quite a splash. It will be interesting to see what he will get into this time around. Ric’s first airdate is set for July 17.
Martha Bryne Update
Have you been wondering what As the World Turns’ original Lily has been up to? Well, she is writing for the Bold and the Beautiful and her first episode will be shown today.
Closer Look: Bold and the Beautiful
What is the “The Bold and the Beautiful” doing to Taylor? They seem hell bent on always making her the loser when it comes to her and Brooke.
Taylor had a good marriage to Ridge. They were a good couple, but they broke up because of Brooke. Taylor was good with Nick, but their marriage failed, because of Brooke.
Now, the writers are going to have Taylor to hand over her child to Brooke, because she can’t bond with him. WTF. Yes, biologically, little Jack is Brooke and Nick’s, but Taylor carried him. Taylor was the one who wanted to bring the child into the world, so Nick could be a father. Having the baby not bond with her is crazy. Taylor needs some happiness in her life. So for once writers, stop having Taylor be second fiddle to Brooke.
